Nikita Burks-Hale is a creativity coach, podcast host, and intentional space-holder based in Atlanta, GA. As the founder of Headphones and Crayons and host of The Color Shift, she supports Women of Color—especially entrepreneurs, podcasters, and creatives—in staying aligned, attuned, and rooted in their truth as they grow and expand.

Nikita’s work centers around using coloring as a catalyst for connection, dialogue, and healing. Through immersive creative experiences, transformational coaching, and authentic conversations, she helps others slow down, tune in, and express themselves in bold, vibrant ways.
